The winds finally calmed down a bit and with a cold front that moved through meant cooler water temperatures and happy bonefish. I was booked a few day’s this past week and the bonefishing was great. We found plenty of fish in the three to five foot depth as well as some fish tailing in the middle of the afternoon on the lowest part of the tide when the flats heated up.
The fishing is only going to get better in Miami Biscayne bay as well as the Florida Keys and Flamingo (Everglades National Park).
I will post another report in a few days and let you guys know what’s going on. You can also find me on Twitter under Biscaynefishing or on Face book under shallowtails.com
