This week I’ve been fishing all over the place, starting off on Monday in Islamorada Florida Keys, Tuesday Biscayne Bay bonefishing, Wednesday I had an afternoon trip, but it was cancelled due to the rain, and today Thursday I was in Flamingo Everglades National Park.
The weather this week has maid it tough for sight fishing bonefish, so today I was in Flamingo with Jean Francois Belisle and his wife from Quebec, Canada. This was there first time fishing in the US and in salt water.
Flamingo was epic! We had a record braking day with 42 snook boated and lost a few to sharks as well. It was an amazing day on the water and it’s great to see the snook making a strong comeback.
