It seems like the cold is gone and the fishing and the weather is heating up. The water temperatures are warming up and it’s beginning to feel like were getting an early spring. The tarpon are showing up in the Florida Keys back country as well as the evening time Tarpon fishing in Miami has been red hot. This is great for some of you that do not have time to fishing during the day, but want to get out for a few hours and play around with some tarpon.
Biscayne Bay last week was really good as far as bonefishing is concerned. There was allot of fish moving until we got hit with the full moon and slowed things down towards the end of the week, but it made the night tarpon fishing good.
Monday and Tuesday the permit fishing has been some of the best I’ve seen in Biscayne Bay. There were fish everywhere and coming off a couple of slow days on the water, it was great to see so many permits swimming around.
Give me a call if you want to fish this week, I have a couple of day open toward the end of the week.
